Why I match, why I don't
Each requirement in plain words, your value, and the result: met, not met, or needs info. A gap is named, for example "Gap: $700/month".
PropFit · For renters
PropFit checks you against what each home actually asks for, income, household, pets, move-in date and total monthly cost, and shows you the reasons. No account needed to start, and it costs nothing.
Early access preview: listings and verification are in testing.
How it works
Pick the areas you'd live in, your budget, your move-in date and the bedrooms you need, then Find my matches.
Income the way you're paid (yearly, monthly, per paycheck or hourly), an estimated credit band, your household and pets. One question per screen. Essentials and nice-to-haves are asked separately.
Homes grouped by how well they fit, sorted by the priorities you put in order. Save them with Google, Apple or email when you're ready.
What you get
Every match shows each requirement, your answer and the result. Where you fall short, it names the gap, so you know what would change it.
