A plain-language summary of what PropFit collects and why, while our full privacy policy is prepared.

What we collect
On this website
- The contact form: your name, your email address and your message. The form is provided by CirqleSync.
- This website doesn't use advertising trackers.
In the PropFit app (early access)
- Your account: your email address, and the sign-in details your account needs.
- What renters choose to enter: for example where and when you want to move, your budget, your income, an estimated credit band, your household size, pets and smoking. These answers are self-reported: we don't check them against documents or credit reports in the app today.
- What owners and managers enter: business details, properties, vacancies, criteria, and the information needed to verify identity and authority to list.
- Cookies the app needs: to keep you signed in, and to keep a renter's answers on their device for up to 30 days before they create an account.
Why we use it
- Renters' answers are used only to estimate which homes they'd likely qualify for, and to explain why. A match is an estimate, not an approval.
- Owners of homes a renter matches may see whether the renter meets each of their criteria, and whether that is reported or verified. Not the renter's answers themselves.
- Contact-form messages are used to reply to you.
- We use usage information to keep the app working and to improve it. Product analytics are designed not to include your name, contact details or financial answers.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal data.
- We don't ask for, or match on, characteristics protected by fair-housing law, such as race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
Who processes it for us
Service providers that run parts of PropFit on our behalf: website and app hosting, the database, sign-in and authentication, product analytics, error monitoring, and the contact form (CirqleSync). They process data to provide their service to us.
Seeing or deleting your data
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us with the email address you used, and say what you'd like us to do. We'll reply by email.
Early access
PropFit is in early access in Orlando. The app is a preview: listings and verification are in testing, and this notice may change as the product does. We'll update the date at the top when it does.
