PropFit · For owners

Fill a place that sits, with renters who fit.

Publish a home's rent, fees and criteria once. Share one qualification link. See which renters fit, criterion by criterion, and decide who you invite to tour and apply.

Early access preview: listings and verification are in testing.

Set up

Five steps to your first published home.

Progress is saved as you go, so you can stop and pick up where you left off.

  1. 1

    About you

Owner, manager or portfolio, and roughly how many doors. It picks your workflows; it never affects matching.

  2. 2

    Business details

Legal name, trading name and entity type.

  3. 3

    Verify

Your identity and your authority to list. You can keep setting up while it's checked.

  4. 4

    First property

Address, type and units. Many homes? Import them from a spreadsheet.

  5. 5

    Criteria

Pick what each home asks for from the catalog, then publish and share.

What you get

Everything between the listing and the lease decision.

Live

Criteria builder

Choose from a catalog: income multiple, credit, guarantor, occupancy, pets, move-in window, lease term, smoking. Combine them into alternatives, such as income 3× and credit 650, or a guarantor and credit 600. See the income each rent needs as you type.

Live

A check on your criteria

A built-in check flags settings that may need review, with an explanation. It advises; it never certifies that criteria are compliant.

Live

Verified owners

Identity and authority to list are checked before a home can be published.

Live

Vacancies with the full cost

Rent, itemized monthly and move-in fees, deposit, application fee, terms, pets, utilities and photos. Renters see the total monthly cost and estimated move-in cost you'd quote.

Live

Qualification links and QR codes

One link per channel (your website, listing sites, a yard sign or flyer, text or email), each tagged so you can tell which channel brings renters who fit.

Live

Matches and prospects

Per home: each renter's result on each criterion, reported or verified. Invite the ones who fit to verify, tour or apply; the renter decides.

Live

Lead recovery across your homes

A renter who misses one of your homes but fits another is shown to you as an opportunity, not lost.

Live

Properties, units and CSV import

Add homes one at a time, or import a spreadsheet with a preview and row-by-row errors before anything is saved.

Live

Demo account

A read-only sample portfolio, to see every screen before you set up your own.

Coming

Tour scheduling

Offer time slots; renters who fit pick one.

Coming

Screening and decisions

Screening requests with the renter's authorization, results shown criterion by criterion, decisions recorded with their basis, and adverse-action notices when they're required.

Coming

Reports

Your funnel per home and per channel, time to fill, and leases recovered.

Live means it's in the app today. Coming means it's planned and not yet available.

Questions

Straight answers

Does PropFit decide who rents my home?

No. You do. PropFit shows which renters meet the criteria you published, and why. Matches are estimates, not approvals.

Can I write my own tenant criteria?

You choose from a catalog of structured criteria, such as an income multiple, a minimum credit score or a pet policy. There's no free-text "ideal tenant" box, which keeps criteria clear to renters and consistent across applicants.

Why do I have to verify before publishing?

Renters should know a listing comes from someone with the right to rent it. You can set everything up first; publishing waits until your identity and authority to list are verified.

What do I see about a renter?

Before an application, whether they meet each of your criteria and whether that's reported or verified. Not their documents.

What does it cost?

Owner pricing hasn't been announced yet.

Publish once. See who fits.
